Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had concerns with ADJEPONG, John Kofi of PLUMBING IN AND OUT LTD.,78 Copeland House, Garratt Lane, London, England, SW17 0NG. This plumber is clearly dis-honest with his customers. He told me before the job that he would charge me £75. Then after the job, he turned around & demanded £88 from me. Therefore, he does not keep his word. He then refused to issue me with a receipt for the work. He also uses high pressure sales techniques and intimidating behaviour with his customers to get them to agree to do a job with him. Finally, he did a job which was poor & shoddy & third rate which left me feeling un-happy with his poor quality standard of work.

They take care of my home, cleaning up any and all mess the job requires. Best of all, the pricing is very reasonable. The plumber also took time to explain what was wrong and how it could be fixed, even explaining why the slightly better stop valve he had to replace would present better value in the longer run, even though it was only a few pounds difference. I would have no hesitation in recommended them to work on your property.
